Welcome to Kanakai Secondary School!!
Kanakai Secondary School has a long and glorious history. Since its establishment in 2015 BS in a small thatched cowshed with the great contribution of late Janamejaya Adhikari, it has been serving people as a dignified educational institution with a high note of pride of vibrant local community. It has been the centre of an ideal standard of education, perpetual flow of inspiration with valuable and continuous feedback, reinforcement, advice and support of its well wishers, social workers, alumni, educationists, parents and intellectuals. I would like to extend a sincere gratefulness and indebtedness to them who dreamt and inculcated the praiseworthy idea of its establishment and who contributed a lot for its flourishing and extending in its both quantity and quality dimensions.
It has been running classes from Nursery to 12 with more than 2000 students. The school is rich in physical infrastructures. Located in the academic and peaceful area of the small city of Kanakai, the school is spread out in an area of 6 bigahas of land. The school has well ventilated, spacious and cozy classrooms, a wide playground with a volleyball court, a cricket pitch, a badminton court and a football ground, a well-equipped library with study rooms, well-equipped computer lab, a well-facilitated science lab and separate staff and administrative rooms.
Our school is also recognized as Model Community School by Government of Nepal. We are trying our level best to establish our school as one of the highly reputed and exceptional schools in our country. We are also very fortunate to have both Nepali and English medium separate classes under the same roof. We enhance inclusiveness as we have special classes for differently able students. We are extremely proud of our students, teachers and staff who leave no stone unturned to follow the principles to attain the high achieving success of our school in all avenues.
